	A gentleman's country estate in Wailua with three vacation rental units: a Suite, a Studio and a Cottage. All properties are non-smoking. Located on three acres in the hills above Kapa`a, on Kauai's east side. It is only four miles to several beautiful white sand beaches and an assortment of many fine restaurants. On one side you enjoy a distant ocean view, yet another overlooks the legendary “Sleeping Giant” mountain range.
THE SUITE: $145/Night and Up - Sleeps Up To 4 Guests


The Suite is located on the first floor of main home. The unit is brand new with a king Tempurpedic mattress, high thread count Swiss linens, kitchenette, air conditioning, washer/dryer, private entrance and lanai overlooking the heated pool. There is a sitting or sleeping area with a Queen futon couch as well.
THE STUDIO: $135/Night - Sleeps Up To 2 Guests

The Studio is located on the first floor of main home. The unit is brand new with a king Tempurpedic mattress, high thread count Swiss linens, kitchenette, air conditioning, washer/dryer, private entrance and lanai overlooking heated pool.
THE COTTAGE: $165/Night and Up - Sleeps Up To 4 Guests


The Cottage stands alone on the other end of the pool affording guests more privacy. It has a Queen Tempurpedic mattress, separate bedroom; living room has an additional sofa sleeper, kitchenette, inside bath plus hot outdoor shower.
